Ayurveda Workshop

This workshop has 7 sections, taught over 8 weeks. In coaching, we can draw on any of these topics as they arise and if they serve.

1: Intro to Ayurveda

Start your journey with a foundational understanding of Ayurveda, exploring its ancient principles and how they apply to modern wellness. This session provides a gentle introduction to the concepts of balance and self-awareness that are central to Ayurvedic practice.

2: Ayurvedic Nutrition

3: Emotional Freedom

4: Inner Pharmacy

5: Ayurvedic Daily Routine

Create a balanced and harmonious life by incorporating Ayurvedic daily routines. We’ll discuss how simple, mindful practices can align your daily habits with the natural rhythms of your body and the world around you.

6: Meditation

Experience the transformative power of meditation as a tool for cultivating inner calm and clarity. This session guides you through techniques to quiet the mind, connect with your inner self, and enhance overall well-being.

7: Pranayama

Master the art of breath control with Pranayama, the practice of harnessing your breath to regulate energy, reduce stress, and enhance mental focus. This session introduces key breathing techniques to support your physical and emotional health.
